Twelve localities form the unique holiday region Plan de Corones, in the middle of the Pusteria valley: Brunico, San Lorenzo, Chienes, Falzes, Terento, Gais-Villa Ottone, San Martino de Tor, San Vigilio, Valdaora, Rasun, Valle Anterselva and Val Casies - Monguelfo - Tesido. In this region you can experience all year round a diverse holiday programme on 786 - 1650 metres above sea level.

All this makes the paradise-like holiday region Kronplatz a number one destination for travellers.

In order to preserve the natural beauty of this holiday region, three of seven natural reserves of South Tyrol are to be found in the Plan de Corones region.
